I have been laying it on a little thick lately! Food and crafting. Look at this card and you will see what I mean - lol.
Looks like frosting right? That texture paste took a long while to dry too. I was going for the look in
THIS card by Sue Prather. She used designer paper and I thought I might get close to her look by adding in a bit of gold paint. I realized adding paste in the pattern she has would take some classes or something, but I still like the look on my card. I am going with the story that is is snow so it supports this fun new
Large Happy Fall Y'all Greeting. The leaves are Spellbinders dies sponged through the die and lined with Stickles.

It does look like frosting or a really bad spackling job :) Whatever ya want to call it, it's a perfect background for your leaves and greeting.
The background does look like frosting! It really adds great texture to the card and I love the gold paint and flecks in the Stickles. Such a festive fall card!
Nancy, looks like fall leaves on a blanket of snow to me! This is so so first snow of the season/early snow in my eyes! Great job!! Love the large leaves and sentiment!
