HAPPY THOUGHTS!

>> Thursday, July 15, 2021

Good morning!
I'm sticking with the ocean/beachy theme this morning
First I have a sailboat going out of the harbor at dawn (east coast) or sunset (west coast) for a little cruise with the family for a boat BBQ. (They have a portable one that swings out over the water so not to worry!)!!
I used the slimline style for this, works great for the scene I wanted to show.

My next card is an underwater theme obviously
I used a new 3D embossing folder from Memory Box
and some fun stamps.  DRS: 4 in 1 Ocean Designs,

I fussy cut all the stamped images and then popped up the shark, glued the fish
and popped up a couple shells.
The embossing folder was rubbed with blue ink before putting my paper in to emboss it
getting the letter press effect.  That works really well with these 3D folders.
The label die is from My Favorite Things.

Thanks for visiting today!
Robin

The tropical colors of your sky are just amazing! I love how beautiful and peaceful it looks…Just gorgeous! Love the cool embossed underwater background on the second card too…It really makes the stamped fish really pop!

Both of your cards are just sensational, Robin! What a gorgeous sunrise/set and I love the little pink sailboat!
Your second card is an undersea wonderland! Love it!

Great ocean-themed cards, Robin. Such lovely colors, stamp combinations, and beautiful scenes! Wish I was at the beach (minus the sharks, of course). Hugz

Great emboss folder and fantastic coloring of the images. Oh all that fussy cutting that took some time but the card turned out gorgeous. And I love the skyline on that first card. Very eye catching and a super cute card.
