Happy Valentine’s Day

Hi Everyone,
Working on some Valentine's day cards this past week is something that brought me and abundance of joy...Pink, red, hearts, new stamps...What's not to love? If your in a funk, I highly recommend inking up some stamps and focusing in on those you love.
For the first card I stamped Jungle Jim the Elephant twice, colored and fussy cut them out. I added a bow from 4 in 1 Fashion Accessories and made a girlfriend our of one, attaching it inside a die cut heart. I cut apart the new I'm Wild About You Greeting and attached everything to and embossed background. I stamped fussy cut the Small Silhouette Heart and added it to the bottom elephant and added a few random pearls for embellishment.
For this card, I created a background using the Silhouette Love Heart as a base to show off the die cut greeting, Valentine Drop Hearts.
Before attaching the greeting, I tied on some wrinkle ribbon and added some die cut hearts to finish it off.

Karin, your cards are so cute, but that first one is super sweet! I love how you put one elephant into the heart shaped speech bubble! That is so clever & fun! Absolutely love this card! The crinkly bow, hearts & dimension combine to make a very pretty card. I like how you put the sentiment panel at an angle. Beautiful Valentine cards!

What a fabulous pair of Valentine cards and I particularly love the first one. I love everything about this beauty from the gorgeous embossed background to the way you have personalised each of the cute elephants to make up a fun scene.

So, so cute Karin! I love the dreaming elephant and his lady love with the bow :) His holding the heart is the perfect finishing touch! Your second card is just a perfect salute to hearts and Valentines Day!
Oh my goodness I can't decide which I love more. Great sketch on the bottom card and terrific layers of hearts. But that top one with the embossing and the cute bow on your elephant and the layout and pearls oh my that card is just too cute!
