Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! After a rainy start, our week turned out clear, cool & beautiful. It really feels like fall here & the leaves are starting to turn.
This week, I was asked to guest host a watercolor challenge on Splitcoast. The technique I chose was a lot of fun (Watercolor on Embossed Paper). I had so much fun w/ it, I made another bg & used it on my card today. After dry embossing the bg, I watercolored it. I wanted to add some sparkle, so I inked the inside of the folder w/ Versamark (this inked only the lines) then embossed w/ a clear, sparkly powder. I added a white frame where I stamped & colored the rocks border & the fussy cut swan.
Here's the inside:Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
stamps: DRS Designs - Swan, River Rocks Fence Line 2in1, Missing You Pig Time (inside: Birds of a Feather )
paper: Staples 110# white, purple, watercolor
ink: Memento tuxedo black, Versamark, (Distress ink shaded lilac used on inside)
accessories: Rubbernecker Deckle Frame dies, Copic markers, Stardust embossing powder, tide embossing folder
