Christmas Cardinal Thank You
>> Saturday, December 22, 2018
Welcome!
What a big difference a week can make! Last week I was as far from being ready for Christmas as can be. I can't say I'm totally ready today, but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel - yeah!
More good news for me, I've already designed, stamped and mailed my first thank you of the season!
I wanted something quick and somewhat easy to make so I fell back on one of my favorite color combinations - kraft, red and white.
I stamped my background with our Pine Branch using clear versamark ink and embossed with white powder. The Thank You was stamped on scrap and embossed as well and layered on red and attached to my background. Our Small Cardinal was stamped on white scrap using black ink, colored and fussy cut (without the pine) and attached with tape. Everything was then attached to a folded red card and mailed to a very sweet lady.
