Easter Blessings

Good morning and happy April Fools Day even though I don't usually pull pranks or have them pulled on me I know that lots of people get a kick out of playing tricks on their friends and family!! So have fun!

Today I'm bringing you some Easter cards with the reason we even have an Easter Day!  It it all about the cross of Christ Jesus and Him rising from the dead 

to forever live in our hearts if we chose to accept Him as our Savior.

Read John 3:16...it says it like it is in a nut shell!

I'm using our new release stamp: Celebrate Easter, Celebrate Christ 052D

and also some older favorites: Cross with Flowers 103K and Four Flower Background 370M

I made a window in my floral background for the cross and made a frame for it with the same oval and one larger.  I put a piece of Fun Foam between layers (it also has the oval cut out).  I've added 3 enamel white dots and dyed seam binding for a bow.

This second card is all done with glitter paper, all but the image and sentiment that is.

and favorite Easter Lily and Crosses 234K
I know Easter Lilies are white but hey, I wanted to match my pretty paper!
I have green pearls and different colors of Nuvo dots for embellishments.

I love these cross images with the Easter Lilies, such an iconic image to say "He is risen, He is risen indeed"! which IS Easter!
