Christmas Candle

Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! I'm sharing another Christmas card today. Other than a couple of techniques I used, this is pretty simple, so the the image takes center stage. After I colored the beautiful candle image w/ Copics, I had to do a little out of the box Nestie technique so the edges of the holly wouldn't be cut off by the rectangle die. And on the fancy red layer behind it, I used the Nestie resizing technique to make a rectangle out of a square die.

The greeting was die cut using the same die I used for its red tag shape then I cut around the greeting and attached it to the red tag. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used to color the image.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Supplies:
paper: Neenah white, red linen
ink: Memento tuxedo black, Colorbox red lipstick chalk ink
accessories: Copic markers, Spellbinders rectangle, Marvelous squares & Fancy Tag dies
