Dashing through the dough...

Welcome! I took my Mother on what's become our annual all day shopping extravaganza and it became the inspiration for my card!

I started my card by stamping our new Dashing through the Dough stamp using Vivid turquoise ink on cs and then again on plain paper. I cut around the plain paper copy to make my mask and positioned it. Next I inked up our new Flying Cash stamp using Vivid green and stamped the bottom half of my card, a separate piece of cs twice, and on plain paper twice to make more masks. I used the money masks on the left side first to add more flying cash, then moved them to the middle and then the right. Coloring all that cash took awhile because I used 2 different shades of green on each bill :) Last, but not least, was stamping Reindeer Ralph (he's a "buck" ya know) dashing through all the dollars, and after coloring him I added the extra money from the second piece of cs using 1/8" foam tape.

Thanks for visiting! Good Luck holding on to your dough!
