Let's Get the Party Started - Stamp A Day Giveaway

Since the 'latest buzz' here on the blog is about the wonderful month full of giveaways, I thought the sentiment on this card, The Latest Buzz (D621), was very appropriate to kick off the festivities.
I paired the sentiment up with two of DRS Designs' bee images - Happy Bee (C561) and Bitsy Bumble Bee (A1020). This was also the perfect card to try out the popular new white/yellow/black/gray color combo - it just screams 'bees'! :)
The background on the card base, as well as the circles of cardstock, was created by stamping the Lines O'Plenty Backgrround (H366) in white and gray inks (depending upon the color of the cardstock). For added dimension I used foam dots to 'pop' some of the circles and the bees off of the card.

The Stamp a Day Giveaway Rules
DRS Designs will be giving away one (1) FREE cling-mounted stamp every day in the month of June! Here's what you need to do to enter:• Visit the DRS Designs online blog every day during the month of June, where you will be treated to some wonderful cards and projects brought to you by our fabulous design team!
• Simply leave a comment each day before 12 midnight (Eastern Time) and you will be entered to win a free cling-mounted stamp!
Winning entry will be announced the next day on the blog. Winners will have 7 days to contact DRS Designs via email with their full name and address. After 7 days another winner will be chosen. Prize will be chosen by DRS Designs from our collection of original rubber stamp designs and will range in price from $7.00 to $10.50.
Participants must be over 21 years of age. One entry per day, per person.

I love the textures and depth created by the line stamps and the pop dotted pieces! Such a simple color scheme, but the bees really make it pop!
