for Thanksgiving? Well, once you view today's post you will be...or your table will be anyway! The technique challenge on Splitcoast last Monday was to make tree ornament boxes...you can find the tutorial/template "here"
I decided to put a twist on that idea and make place settings for the Thanksgiving table using the same template but different, more Thanksgiving appropriate embellishments and fillers!!
These boxes are so quick and easy to make! I used the recently released word frames for the name area...they give a nice effect because the scrolls are on the sides and there is plenty of room for your guests name. The main images were colored with my Bic Markers...I added some twine for hanging or just for show and replaced the stars that I have been putting at the tops of these boxes with some ribbon.
What do you think??? You could easily make a table full of these while your pies are baking!!!
Thanks for stopping by...be sure to stop by every day for stamping inspiration!!
See you soon...
