Cheers!

>> Thursday, February 22, 2024

 Hello friends!

I started out stamping the background with Bowling Strike using soft gray.  I then used a scrap of colorful background paper I made using alcohol inks on glossy cardstock, glued the strip to the left side of my card front.

Next, I stamped the Ball On Your Birthday Greeting at the top using Versafine Claire.
I cut the cheers out of black foam and glued it to the bottom then I stamped the Large Beer Mug on a separate piece of white cardstock, fussy cut it and colored it with alcohol ink pens.
I used white Liquid Applique and sprinkled glitter for the foam on the beer then heat it to make it puff.

The beer mug was popped up to match the height of the Cheers.

Hope you like this birthday card.  I think it is especially great for young men or men of any age who love to share a pint with friends.

Thanks for visiting today!
Robin

What a GREAT guy card!! I know several bowlers who would love this! All the elements together are terrific but my eyes just can't stop returning to your alcohol ink paper - what an awesome background!!

Great use of the bowling stamp for the background for your really perfect card to celebrate. I so remember when I was a kid going to the bowling ally with my mom seeing everyone get served from the bar. Brings back memories.
