What is More Special...

For today's card:
- I used the FLOWER BORDER - 1076H to create an angled boarder on my card. I first stamped the border on one angle then masked the flowers and stamped it again on the other angle.
- Next, I stamped the SPECIAL PERSON BIRTHDAY GREETING - 108 above the flower boarder.
- I then fussy cut the flowers and colored them with copics.
- The flowers were finished with gold stickles in the centers and the panel was popped up on dimensionals.
