- I first masked the strips on the STARS AND STRIPES BORDER - 938P and added blue ink to the stars. Using my Misti I stamped the stars.
- Next, I masked the stars and used red ink on the strips and used the Misti to keep the stamp in place and stamped the strips.
- Once the border was done, I used the same blue ink on the 4TH OF JULY SPARKLE GREETING - 1014F.
- I then added some blue ink splatters to the front of the card and added several gems over some splatters and the Sparkle word.
- I layered the panel on a blue card stock then the white card base.

I just love a patriotic card Lisa!! You did an outstanding job on the Stars and Stripes Border and the gems give it a nice sparkly finish!
