Beautiful Spring

Good morning to you and happy spring!
I have a couple cards that celebrate Easter AND spring.
This first card uses the delightful Daffodil Frame
I cut into the frame in places to enable the sentiment to be
tucked under the flowers.
I used a Lawn Fawn rectangle die and an embossing folder from Crafter's Companion.
3 enamel dots and ribbon were added to complete my card.
My next card was inspired by the sentiment.
I used a rainbow pad from Kaleidacolor to stamp the sentiment Decorated With Love then
used various Oxide Distress to stamp the Silhouette Leaf Branch (Used as both trees and bushes),
The sentiment is cut out with a Rubbernecker die. I used a basket
weave embossing folder on the lavender panel and ribbon to finish the card.
I stamped Leonard on the card where I thought it would fit the sentiment best then I
stamped him again on a post-it (for a mask) and on another piece of white which I colored then fussy cut.
The Leonard I stamped on the card I then masked and stamped the trees and bushes, (I
really did not need to mask as I ended up covering the whole pig and ears, originally I thought
part would show). On the second cut out Leonard, I cut the egg off
and after popping up the sentiment where I wanted it, glued the egg on.
I then cut his arm off and popped it up after gluing the rest of Leonard
to the card image.
I layered the card front onto the lavender embossed panel and added ribbon securing in the back.
I glued the lavender to yellow. Tied a bow and glued it in place under the oval.
Thank you for visiting today and I hope this gives you some ideas.

What beautiful, bright and cheerful cards Robin! I'm totally loving the rainbow effect on the greetings! Great job on the tricky cutting of the daffodil to get the greeting to fit :)
