Zombie Humor in the Foothills

>> Wednesday, October 14, 2020

Hello Crafty Friends!  Happy Wednesday.

I have been watching scary movies this month. One super crazy one was the Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse which is really pretty gory and full of inappropriate humor and comments/scenes, but I watched it anyway.  I mention this so you will know how this card popped in my head since it is a bit out there (but kind of fun).

I stamped the Mountain and Treeline 2-in-1 image, then the Zombie Crawler, then the Life is Measured Greeting.  I watercolored the mountains and zombie and then splattered on the remaining red.  Gory but true right? LOL.

Hugz and hope you are having a great week.

Well that’s a greeting I never would have thought to put with the Zombie image, but it works. And it made me chuckle! 🤪

What an awesome card today Nancy :) The amazing thing is how this seemingly bizarre combination of images work absolutely perfectly together! What worries me most is that you thought of it :)

Oh Nancy this is so much fun! I love the fun scene for your zombie! Great sentiment too.

Well seeing that guy would certainly take my breath away!! LOL!
Love your sepia mountains in this one and you have to sort of feel for this zombie, he seems to be stuck in the desert by himself with no legs....NOT fun! LOL!
Cute card Nancy!

How fun & so funny about your card & story, Nancy! that's one greeting I don't think I would ever have associated w/ the zombies, lol. But who knows? We just watched an episode of Walking Dead last night.
