Band Birthday and Falling Leaves

>> Sunday, October 11, 2020

This is my son's senior year of high school and he plays trumpet in the marching band. Their last performance will be on his birthday and we are treating the entire band to cup cakes and drinks.

So I just had to make this card using the MARCHING BAND TRUMPET - 056G and BIRTHDAY MULTI GREETING - 219P in the school colors.

I heat embossed the birthday greeting in shimmer gold embossing powder and layered on gold paper on a black card base.

I colored the marching band trumpet image in black and gold with copics and die cut the image. The image is popped up on dimensionals.

I made a second card for this week.

I love this new AUTUMN HARVEST CHAIR - 042K image. It reminds me of Fall.

I stamped the Autumn Harvest Chair on acetate and colored it with copics. I cut the acetate to go behind a brown frame and popped it up on dimensionals and added some leaves behind it.

The yellow layer I used a fall leaves emboss folder.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my cards.
