A Little Peek Into Fall

Fall is finally right around the corner! My creations today are in celebration of it coming soon.
This card uses two new stamps that will be available in the store this weekend: Autumn Harvest Chair and World Changed Thankful Greeting. I love the words in the greeting - so perfect for this year! The chair is lovely - I can see using it in many ways and know the team will get super creative with it.
I popped up the hat for a little extra added interest and splashed on some water to make a more interesting background. There are more fun new stamps - you are going to love them! 
On this card, I water-colored the pretty stripes using some inspiration from THIS fun sketch book. I embossed the Count Your Blessings greeting on some velum and added the Fall Leaf with Acorn. My Grandson, Lewis made the paper for the leaf. He mopped up inks and paints with a paper towel, and then he tore up the pieces and glued them all to another paper. I am having fun using them.

These both are fantastic cards! I LOVE the popped up hat on the first card, along with the muted colors. The gorgeous simplicity of the second card really speaks to my heart...It's such a great design that lends itself to the water coloring! That leaf your grandson helped with is stunning too!
Your first card with the chair and that wonderful sentiment is so beautiful Nancy! Your second is likewise beautiful but in a whole different way. Love the color "swatches" and that beautiful gold Count Your Blessings!! 2 wonderful cards!
These are awesome, Nancy! You do the best vintage looking, mixed media bgs. I love the colors in the chair card. The stripe card is wonderful. I adore the wide stripes I'm different shades & the leaf is terrific.
Beautiful cards & Bible journaling page, Nancy! Those stripes on the second card are so pretty with the vellum & gold embossing. I think that one is my favorite!
