Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! And I hope you weren't in the path of Hurricane Laura. I don't even know what to say here..2020 is like everything that can happen, will. It looks like we have inadvertently entered the Twilight Zone. I expect an announcement from Rod Serling any minute now. As a kid, I loved that show..I just never thought I'd be living in an episode of it.
For my card today, I have a Thanksgiving card. I love the colors of fall & thought I'd try to represent what I hope fall will look like this year. I started by white embossing the leaves onto a narrow strip, then sponging the fall colors over it. Then I white embossed them again on separate pieces of green & rust colored card stock & fussy cut those. The white bg was dry embossed & I popped up the greeting on its own circle.
Here's the inside.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
stamps: DRS Designs - Open Leaf, Fall Leaf w Acorn, Med. Silhouette Leaf, Wheat Give Thanks, Give Thanks (inside: Pumpkin Thanksgiving)
