Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! We're still in an almost daily afternoon thunderstorm pattern so it's been extra steamy around here. It also makes it hard to get the grass mowed or weeds sprayed, so they're starting to take over. Come on fall..you're not trying!
I had an idea for another mirror technique & tried it out on my card today. It's easy but can be a bit tricky when using more than one image. Basically, you ink up your stamp, then roll a rubber brayer over it to pick up the ink. Then roll the brayer on your card stock & stamp the regular image above it. All went well except I wish the crow was a little closer to the top of the Oct 31st image. Like I said it's a little tricky to place the brayer just so. After doing this, I sponged the background w/ the purple below & orange above.
The little ghosts were stamped on vellum & fussy cut. I flipped one over (vellum looks pretty much the same on either side!) to have him leaning the other way.
Here's the inside:
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
