Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! I don't know about you, but I am so ready for fall! We've just a taste of it the last couple of mornings when the temps were down in the upper 50's during the night. We had some visitors a week or so ago. A mama bear brought her two cubs into our yard to check out the bird feeders. That's one of the reasons I have to bring the feeders into the garage every night. Between the bears & the raccoons, I've had to replace the feeder 3 times. Here's a pic I snapped of the bears before I scared them off. Mama is to the left, just behind the tree.
For my card, I knew I wanted a crow on top of some pumpkins & this was the only group of pumpkins that fit size-wise. All of the others made the crow look too tiny. After stamping them, I used a Copic multi liner to turn them into jack 0'lanterns then stamped the crow & colored everything. The punched bat fence & drippy goo punched borders were heat embossed w/ a black glittery powder. I did the same to the greeting & the edges of the black panel behind the image.
Here's the inside & below it are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Fab pumpkins and love the bird. Super cool framing/background too Julie. Even the inside is wonderful and fun. LOVE this card. Hugz
I really like how you turned those pumpkins into Jack O lanterns! That crow looks perfect with them. Fabulous card design with so many details! Can’t believe those bears come right into your yard like that! wow!
Amazing card Julie! Adding the Jack O'Lantern faces is pure genius! Awesome execution too! The gate totally looks like it's oozing at the bottom!
I love the way you color your pumpkins Julie!!! They are always full of realistic details! All your elements from the fence to the drippy look so great together and I love the sparkly black look!! Beautiful!!
What a great pic of your bears! We had one get into and spread our trash and cans from here to the neighbors just the other day! No pictures though! I think we need a critter camera out there on a tree or something!
What a stunner this is! That glittery fence is so cool! I love the bright colors on the pumpkins and the crow is perfectly placed!
