A Little More Spooky

>> Wednesday, October 30, 2019

I saw two fun creations this week that inspired me HERE and HERE.  I ordered the Tim Holtz Frightful Things die after seeing that great tag!  Since my hubby and I are visiting famous haunted places in Alabama, I knew I could use the ghosts again.

I started the card by sponging the bg panel with red distress ink and then going around the edges with Vintage Photo ink.  On the next panel, one of my Grandchildren had sponged around a haunted doily and made a spider web pattern using the Vintage photo ink so I embossed it and sponged the ink around the edges too.  Next, I embossed the DRS Designs Silhouette Haunted House image and then sponged different colors around it.  I sponged the IO fence die with Black Soot Distress Ink - I looks kind of like metal and added the ghosts.  My Grandson loves this card.  He thinks it is Spooky Cool.

Now its time for me to start Thanksgiving and Christmas cards - I always think it is sad when I do my last Halloween card because I love them.

Hugz and hope you Halloween is fun!
