Snow doubt about it..

>> Monday, January 14, 2019

Happy Monday Everyone! Hope you had a great weekend. We finally got some snow here in NW Ohio. Haven't had snow since November so the 2 -3 inches we got over the weekend was impressive. In honor of the snow I have a snowman card to share with you today.

I started by stamping the Simply Snowman onto white CS, colored him with Copics, added part of the Snow Doubt Birthday greeting and die cut him with a circle die. I lined him up and cut him out on one side just for a different look. The tiny snowflakes are from a Martha Stewart border punch. I used white Nuvo drops for their centers.

The banner was created by stamping the medium strip from the woven plaid background stamp with Versafine Black ink onto blue/teal CS and cut into a banner shape and layered onto black CS. The interlocking snowflake background was stamped with TH Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers ink. The banner was attached with foam strips for some dimension.

Here's look at the inside.

I stamped the rest of the greeting and added the single birthday candle image stamping it with the same Distress Oxide ink along the bottom of the card.

Thanks for stopping by today!

blessings,
shelia
