Autumn is in the Air
>> Monday, November 5, 2018
I started by sponging on the sky and grassy areas using some TH Distress Oxide inks. I added some water splashes to the grassy area. For the sky I added water, but used a brush to create the clouds. I learned this technique on Splitcoast Stampers. Here's the link. The fence was die cut and colored with copics to match the Hanging Sign Post (773L) which was stamped, colored with Copics and fussy cut. The new Autumn is in the Air greeting(801C) was stamped onto the sign post. The Pumpkin Pile (781H) was stamped, colored with Copics and fussy cut too. I glued the fence and pumpkins onto the panel. The Sign Post was added with Foam squares for dimension.
Thanks for stopping by today.

I love your scene today! The sky looks so pretty and I really like the aged look you gave to the sign post. Those pumpkins are the perfect autumnal touch to complete the fall theme of the card too!
What a beautiful pumpkin scene Shelia! Wonderful watercolor background and the fence really brings it all together!
This is beautiful, Shelia! I love the colors in your fab fall scene & the glittery clouds & white picket fence look terrific.
