Tons of Snow
>> Wednesday, February 21, 2018
In Central Alabama, we declare Winter over at the end of February (even if a cold snap hits us after that - this week it is in the 80s), so I am getting in a few more winter cards.
On my next card, I cut up some mountains and added a bit of interest with some modeling paste and an embossing folder. I made a little ink smear on one of the peaks so I decided to add even more interest with some stripes. For contrast I die cut a black snowflake and cut it up to to back my sentiment. This sentiment is one of my favorites - Blizzard of Thanks.
Hope you are staying warm (or cool if you live where it is hot)!
Hugz,
Nancy

I love the wintery theme of todays cards! Your snowy birds in front of the winter scene are so cute and I love all the texture too. And way you pulled together your thank you card using all neutral colors is so fantastic!
Great cards Nancy! Your birds of a feather card has another incredible background with lots of texture! Hard to believe the same person stamped the ultra modern snowflake card ;) LOVE the bold black snowflake - really grabs attention!
These are wonderful, Nancy! I love your winter card..the colors, the layers & textures are fabulous. Your blizzard card is so pretty! I love the layout & snow dots all over.
