Good morning!

I decided to do some gold embossing today.
This decorative pumpkin just cries out for some embossing powder (to me anyway!).  I found a cool corner die to use as well and cut it using some shiny gold card stock..  The frame and pumpkin layer are popped up.  I did  curved
wave on the sentiment by pressing t against a small paint brush handle.

Now it's time for another Halloween card.
I used black paper, embossed the eyes with white and rubbed a bit of Oxide Ink on to just give it a bit of "something". The dies are from Spellbinder as a set.

I have 3 rows of torn paper, two black and one purple. I also made a crawling zombie (it look a bit like he is scared of those eyes behind him!)
I put small googly eye on the bat!

My husband and I just got back from being in Indiana for almost a week visiting his aging momma and a bunch of nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters. He is the oldest of 8.  We had a great time!  The kids are all looking forward to candy time (Halloween) and were talking about their costumes.  I think one is going as a zombie!  That doesn't surprise me with all the TV shows and movies out...funny kids!

Thanks for visiting today!!

You have the coolest dies and combine them so well with images and wonderful colors to make the best cards, Robin. I love the pretty pumpkin card, and the Zombie card is frightfully fun! Great cards to share.

Beautiful embossing on that pumpkin card. It looks fabulous in gold! Great background on the Halloween card. Sponging the distress ink around those eyes kind gives them a ghostly looking body. Great effect!

These are fantastic, Robin! Love the gold & orange on the first & that gold leaf flourish is beautiful. Your Halloween card is very spooky w/ the tree & eyes everywhere. Perfect behind your zombie.
