Christmas Everyday!

Good morning!
I used Sue's technique today to make my string of Christmas lights frame.
Next I added my Christmas Rooftops with a blue border at the bottom to sort of ground the image, and made my From My House At Christmas sentiment on a scrap then lined it with blue and put it all together. I added glitter to the housetops and Glossy Accents to the bulbs.
Very fun to make!!
Next I have this pretty turquoise and lavender Christmas card (my favorite color combo!!) It features the new sentiment, Friends Everyday Christmas and the Ice Skates. I added some die cuts from Spellbinders (5 X 7 Holly Frame-S6-040, it comes with separate poinsettia flowers and holly flourishes) The circle is faux stitched with a pen to match the stitched frames (rectangle dies from ODBD).
I put spots of Art Institute glitter glue on the flourish and centers of the poinsettias then added Prills (US Artquest).
My main panel is popped up over the sentiment and the skates are popped up on the main panel. I use 3M foam tape to pop everything up and occasionally die cut sheets of Fun Foam if it is a large area (like this).

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend and you are able to spend time in your craft spot!
Thanks for visiting today!

Very pretty cards, Robin. I really like the framing with those lights!
Love them both! The lights are wonderful surrounding the houses (Sue's technique was brilliant) and how you added some shiny texture to them. The second one has some awesome colors, images, and dies. Lovely work, Robin, many hugz!!!
Both are beautiful cards. But I love the lights great ideal to use them to make a frame.
Those light strands framing the roof tops are just too perfect! So cute :) And I love the gorgeous colors on the skating card!
These are so pretty, Robin! Love the frame of lights around the rooftops & the colors on your skate card are fabulous. Hope your cough gets better! Mine turned out to be pneumonia & I was down for the count all last week. :(
Awesome cards Robin! LOVE both of them!! Your light bulb frame came out perfect and I love the snowy rooftops! Incredible colors on the skate card - blue and purple have become favorites of mine and your shades are perfect. Those poinsettias are just too darn beautiful!
