Peaceful Pinecone

>> Tuesday, November 8, 2016

Hi Everyone,

DRS Designs recently released this beautiful open lined Pine Cone with Bow stamp and my teammates colored up this stamp to total perfection.  You can click here here and here to be totally blown away and inspired by coloring supremacy :)

My card today shows that this image can be just as lovely by simply heat embossing it.  It also works well this way for mass producing your Christmas cards.  Have you started on that project yet?  I can hardly believe it's that time of year again!

Since I kept the design simple, after stamping and die cutting the Peace Heart and Home Christmas Greeting I layered it onto a mat, which was made by diecutting a piece of sticker paper and coating it in glitter.

I finished it off by adding a line of half pearls to add embellishment.

Thanks for visiting and you can click here to check out all of the most recent holiday stamps here!

Karin, this is lovely. Great idea to emboss in silver and match that up with your framing. A super Christmas card and an easy way to use that stamp. Thanks for the reference to my tiny card too! Many hugz.
