Happy Thanksgiving!

Good morning!!
Oh my goodness, Thanksgiving is just around the corner!!
Here is a fun Thanksgiving card to maybe give the hostess of your dinner this year.
I'm sure she/he will love it!
I've used DRS stamps 1033H Classic Turkey, 050E Thanksgiving Arc and 613P Woven Plaid for the outside of my card.
This sentiment is only half stuck (on the left side) so that it can "hold" the card closed (see the next photos)
The inside of my card uses DRS stamps 985H Psalm 100 Thanksgiving, 584D Open Leaf and 701D Medium Silhouette Leaf in matching colors.
I started by stamping my turkey, coloring with Copic Markers and fussy cutting and set him aside until I finished stamping my plaid panels. For the plaid, I used the separated Woven Plaid strips in brown, orange, and rust then added pen lines of red, orange and rust.
My card base is 11" X 5 1/2", scored at 3 1/4, 7 1/2 (the last 1/3 is 3 1/2 and is then cut with the Memory Box Bump Border die (largest of the set). I die cut one of my plaid panels with the next smaller Bump Border and glued it in place then foam tape my turkey to the top of circle die cut just a bit smaller than my plaid bump (The circle dies I used are from My Favorite Things).
My Arc Thanksgiving sentiment was die cut top and bottom with a large circle die and the ends were cut at an angle to look like a banner of sorts. I glued raffia bows to each side and foam taped just the left side of the sentiment to the left side of the card. As I said above, it acts like a closure for my card. To open the card you just pull it open, to close it again takes a bit of gentle tucking (tuck the bump under the banner). Easy pleasy!!
Thanks for visiting today!! Have a nice weekend!

Robin your plaid is over the top, I love it The finished card is beautiful.
What an incredible card Robin! Your plaid is perfect - and to add the fancy fold just adds to the perfection!!
Beautiful card, Robin. You really rock that plaid!!
So pretty, Robin! Your diagonal plaid looks terrific & so does your proud turkey. He's way more colorful that the wild ones that visit our yard. Last year we had about 5 this year there have been 10!
