Sailboat Birthday

>> Sunday, August 7, 2016

Hi all, boy this week has went by so fast. I can't believe we are already starting the second week of August.

For my card today I made a summer birthday card.

I started by stamping the Sailboat. I used Copic to color the boat and sea, and Gelatos for the sky. Then On gray card stock I stamped the Wood Grain Background with Memento Gray Flannel. Then used a oval die to cut the frame a blue mat was cut with a smaller oval die. I used glue around the opening on the gray card then placed the rope around the opening. The Small One Line Happy Birthday was stamped with black and blue and green flags were placed behind this was attached with pop dots.

Have a wonderful day,

What a fantastic card Janett!! I just can't decide what aspect I like best - you're coloring (which is beyond awesome) the rope oval or the wood grain background!
