It's Your Birthday!

>> Saturday, April 30, 2016

Good morning!
Here is another "day" card to go with the "It's A New Day" challenge
from Thursday.

I did a dip and dunk for my background again on this card (that is, spray Dylusions Ink on a piece of foil or Kraft sheet, spray with water and then dip/dunk the cardstock panel into it).
Today I've made my cranes to look like the great blue heron instead of cranes,  the shape is perfect.  I added a sun/moon to the background and some white highlights to the water.  For the sentiment I only stamped the part of the sentiment that says "It's Your Birthday!"  (since there are no bees on this card).
I think this makes a great guy birthday card.
Most guys like anything nature so this fits the bill.
I hope you are all having a great weekend...I am!
I'm at a weekend stamping retreat!!
So much fun playing with 100 other women,
stamping our hearts out in 4 amazing classes!!
I LOVE stamping!!
Thanks for visiting today!!
