Green Snowman

Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! Hmmm...I'm thinking this snowman would have a real hard time staying frozen since pretty much the entire country is warm. I mean crazy warm for the 2nd week of December. Feels more like September just about everywhere. So maybe he fits in since we're on our way to a green (instead of white) Christmas.

Everything was stamped w/ the fresh greens rainbow pad onto water color paper (that’s why it isn’t bright white). For the snowman, I used a water brush to drag the color in for shadows then dried it & over stamped w/ the same ink to sharpen the details again. The panels were all die cut & I used the same inks & water brush to add color to the edges.
I used 3 small images to make the large circle & a small greeting to make the border. I just eyeballed the placement & it worked out pretty good. A little stickles was added along w/ a glittery round embellishment I colored green w/ a Copic (it was clear).

The inside is a little simple since I didn't have any leftover anything.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
ink: Kaleidacolor fresh greens

Clever laying and good use of small stamps. Color choice is unusual and refreshing.

Love the greens! What a pretty effect with that stamp pad and some shading. Brilliant use of ink, images, and details. Love this!!! It has been very warm this year - we may have to make mud snowmen or something. LOL. Hugz
