Good morning!
Today is Halloween, it is also my daughter's birthday!
Yes, that's right...little stinker just wouldn't wait one more day!
I stamped and masked my pumpkin head then stamped the candy corn wreath.
I used Copic Markers to color and Glossy Accents on the little stars and moon hanging from the pumpkin's hat. The round stitched dies and from My Favorite Things and the scallop die is from Spellbinders. This is an easel card. I cut the base layer folded with the die barely hanging off the edge at the top to form a hinge (it will not cut the very top because the cutting edge of the die hangs over the edge). I also made another scallop oval front the same size. The top of the base is folded in half again and the front is glued to just one half of the base top. When this card is closed, it lays flat for mailing.
This pattern for a circle easel card can be any size and it could be any other shape.
Well, tonight I will be dressed as a pirate queen and I'll be taking pictures of all the cute kids in costume at our church Trunk Or Treat.
