Trick or Treat

Good morning!
Staying with the flying high theme!
DRS stamps used: 1032L Trick or Treat Squares, H633Candy Corn Background.
Extras: Bat brad, black rhinestone stars, frame die (Taylored Expressions).
I stamped the candy corn background in lavender Memento and colored the bottom orange. I just wanted it to have that purple flare so this is special candy corn!
This card has a few things that fly as well...ghost and bats! I stamped all over a white panel with the candy corn in lavender then cut out the frame and colored the bottom portions and shaded the top portions. I used my Misti to stamp the Trick or treat because I wanted to stamp it again after coloring so I colored with Copics then put it back in the Misti and stamped with the blacker Versafine ink over the first stamping.
In just a few days it will be October and I am really hoping that fall will set in and the temperature will stop going up for good...until next summer anyway!
There is little time left if you are making Halloween cards for friends and relatives or to sell to your friends or relatives...Handmade cards are something everyone likes!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Robin

How fun is this card??? Love the black background - makes your coloring POP! I don't know if I could eat white, purple and orange candy corn, but it's awesome to look at on your card :)
The colors on this are so darn fun!!! I would never have used them together for a Halloween card, but I am going to try on my next one. Super cute card Robin - you did a great job on this card. Hugz
