Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! Are you enjoying all the new Christmas images? I don't know about you, but when it's been a hot summer, making a cold weather card lets me think cool thoughts. And I love making Christmas cards..so there's that. I started this card last week for a sketch challenge on Splitcoast, but I didn't finish in time, so it's just making its debut today.
After stamping & coloring the Triple Ornaments, I stamped the center & right ones again on another piece, colored & fussy cut. The blue one is elevated a little, and the red one a little bit more. The Joy was stamped & the original image has a cute little mouse sitting in the lower crook of the J so I wiped the ink off that part & used a black Micron pen to finish off the letter. It was colored & fussy cut to add on top of the black bar. The sketch had a semi circle element here, so I used a silver half circle.
I added a silver die cut strip on top of the angled red piece on the left . The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 & here are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Beautiful card, JuliE. Love the design & color Combo.
Beautiful card.
Ooh Julie, I just love the way you color with bright bold colors! So lovely! Love the slant of the border too! Very cool!
I love the layout of your card and the bright colors are so festive! Great work on sentiment too :)
I cannot believe you fussy cut the "Joy"! I don't call you the queen of cutting for nothing :) I also love the shading you've got going on both the "Joy" and the ornaments. Beautiful!
Very pretty card! I really like how you colored the ornaments and did the Joy. Some impressive fussy cutting for sure!!! Amazing as always my friend. Hugz
