Hi Everyone! Hope you have had a good weekend. Recently we have been having beautiful weather here in NW Ohio, sunny and warm but not too hot. And I guess this weather inspired my card today. It is perfect for sitting outside.
I started with white CS, stamped the easy grass background in Old Olive and sponged on some more old olive ink. The greeting was stamped in black ink before masking a couple of clouds and sponging the sky with Bashful Blue ink. Next I used some nestie border dies to cut the edge of the panel as well as a piece of Kraft and black CS. All the panels are attached to the kraft card base. Last I die cut the garden bench with a nestie die and glued it on.
In keeping with this week's challenge "A Stitch in Time" at DRS Designs, I used two dies that have some stitching along the edges. I really like the look! You can check out this week's challenge here. We'd love to have you play along with us.
