Mardi Gras Birthday

There is still a little more time to play in the DRS Hot Trends - Splatter Challenge. I thought I would do one more card since I am Splatter Addict!
I used the new Fleur de Lis image. Every time I see this image, I think of New Orleans so I decided to use some Mardi Gras colors and make a festive Birthday card. I colored by image with SU! Alcohol Markers and did a coat of Stickles. The splatters were done with watercolors and glitter. The sentiment is the Small1 Line Happy Birthday. I think this came out very festive!
