Hey good morning!
Here is another "over the top card". My sentiment is actually stamped on acetate this time.
I used the same wax paper technique on this background (crumpled up then ironed on to create a resist). Then brayered with a Kalieocolor Pad. I added the raindrops in Stream then stamped the umbrella a a scrap and cut it out. I used clear glue dimensions to glue the sentiment on and added rhinestones in the corner. The frame is from a Die-Namics nesting set.
