Good morning!
Today I've done some resist for my background. I've used some of the stamps that are perfect for a special remembrance. The ribbon is sheer so you could even put the card into a scrapbook.
I used a clear resist pad to stamp the cross in a cross all over a piece of glossy white stock then rubbed it with different color inks and sponges (I just use makeup sponges). I then wipe off the excess to reveal the crosses. I matted with black and then glued to a white folded card base.
I stamped the Chalice and the sentiment on separate pieces of regular white stock, colored and trimmed them to size then matted with black. On the bottom of the chalice panel I punched a little border (Martha Stewart border punch). To finish this card, I used the sheer stitched ribbon for a nice bow on the top. The image and sentiment layers are popped up with foam tape by 3M.
Pretty easy peasy technique to make a pretty card!
Thanks for visiting today, Come back soon!!
