Hello!
DRS stamps used: 451L Birthday Candle Burst, 365B Hey Cupcake,463E Cupcake, 354G Birthday Party Pig, 688P Polka Dot background
I cut a slit in the cupcake top and inserted Leonard...I just couldn't help it with that look on his face! The birthday candles were perfect for a background along with the dot background! The other balloons are die cuts and I added floss and sequins to finish it off!
