Cardinal Greeting

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a fantastic weekend!
I love the thought that winter is on it's way!! My favorite bird is the cardinal (even though we don't have them here), so I've used this cardinal for my winter card! I love the pine cones and pine bough too. We DO have lots of those around! I colored with Copics and sponged the background with sky blue Brilliance while the die was still on. I added Liquid Pearls-white and Snow Crystal glitter to it while it was still wet. Makes him look like he's sitting on a snowy branch. I used a Spellbinders die for the light blue panel and added some snowflakes to the corners.
I hope you have a fantastic weekend...I will probably be in my craft room working on cards because my dear hubby has to work so I'm left unattended...that means unlimited crafting!!

Robin, your cardinal is so bright and beautiful. Cardinals are one of my favorite birds too and they just say Christmas to me! Love the added glitter to the pine cones too. Have fun stamping today!!
