Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! My card today was inspired by a challenge on Splitcoast, to make a long card. I went with the 3.5 x 6.25 size and I thought this wonderful Seaside Dock image would work well with the long format.

The card itself is pretty simple…stamped & colored the image then die cut the frames & attached them on top of the image. The greeting was stamped directly on the 6.25 x 3.50 card front. The little Candi dots were added…well, the bottom one was added when I saw a mystery smudge & had to cover it. One didn’t seem right, so I added another just above it. Then mystery smudge #2 appeared up on top, so 3 Candi dots it was!

These are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
paper: white, black
ink: Memento tuxedo black
accessories: Copic markers, Spellbinders sm & lg long deckled rectangle dies, Candi newsprint dots

Great card, Julie. That image does make an excellent long card. Great coloring too!

The scene is just super the way you colored it, and the dot placement looks like it was planned!

Great masculine looking card! If you didn't mention it, I would have never known those dots were covering up smudges. Nice job saving it!
