Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! Unless you're in Florida, California or Texas, you're probably tired of winter. What a winter it has been! Last week we had 5-6" snow here...yesterday we hit the upper 60's. What's up with that? We haven't seen those temps since last fall. I think I'm throwing in the towel. I can't figure out what to wear from hour to hour.
We do know that St. Patrick's Day isn't far off and Easter will be quick on its heels. Aren't this little ducks the cutest ever? I just had to color them with bright colors since I'm not particularly a pastel person. After coloring, I die cut it with a big oval and backed it with a yellow scallop oval. I had to do a little out of the box on the grass at the bottom. The turquoise layer was stamped with the double chevron with a blue rainbow pad then added some white with a Prismacolor pencil. The buttons were die cut out of leftovers and I added some glaze on top. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
paper: white, turquoise, yellow
ink: Memento tuxedo black, Kaleidacolor blue breeze
accessories: Copic markers, white prismacolor pencil, Spellbinders oval & scallop oval dies, Memory Box button & scallop button dies, clear glaze

Just darling! Love the bright colors :) The white gel highlights on the cheveron background is very cool...It looked like yoiu did the bleach technique, so very cool effect!
So sweet love the colors
This is so cute, Julie! Love the bright colors & the chevron background!
I LOVE the colors!! They jumped right out and grabbed me!
So cute! Love how the background is only partially stamped and those buttons are too cool--love how you layered them!
There's a lot to love here, Julie! Between the cool background, the clever buttons and your fantastic coloring, it's hard to choose a favorite thing!
