A Masculine Valentine...
>> Wednesday, January 22, 2014
Welcome!
My thought as I sat down to stamp today was to make a Valentine for a man, so I put away all my ink pads except black :)
I started by stamping our Scattered Hearts stamp on white paper using black ink and giving my stamp a little stamp a twist every time I stamped it. For my main image I stamped our Happy Valentines stamp on a scrap piece of white cs and die cut it. With the frame still on I traced the inside using a silver pen (thanks for the great idea Jennifer!) and sponged it using black ink. Keeping to my masculine theme I tied a knot in a scrap of grey ribbon and attached all to a folded black card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love this! I think the colors make it very elegant looking! Love that die you used too!
I love the black and white and that little silver touch is perfect. Beautiful card.
What a fantastic idea to use something other than red and pink! Such a classy look!
Such a super card, Sue! Perfect masculine Valentine...no pink or red or frilly flowers.
This is gorgeous!!! I love it!
A valentine without red OR pink?? Is that allowed?? I don't know if it is, but I love it!
