Happy Friday!
The big USA birthday is just around the corner! Time for celebration, fireworks, parades and picnics. And to count our blessings that we live in such a great country. While no country is perfect, IMHO the USA is the best thing going and I'm proud and honored to live here. And for my July 4th tribute card, I'm using this wonderful Freedom Cannon. After coloring w/ Copics, I die cut it and attached it to a red rectangle. The red rect. was embossed w/ a star border down the left and a stripe folder on the right. On the royal blue background, I inked just the fireworks part of the Freedom Cannon and stamped it tone on tone. The sentiment was inked w/ 2 colors of ink and die cut in a banner shape. A little stickles was added to the fireworks for a little sparkle. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25.
Here are the Copics I used to color the Cannon image.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
