Sunset Wheat

>> Wednesday, May 1, 2013

Welcome!

My card today is a fairly simple one, yet one that I think has a lot of pop!  I stamped our Tall Wheat stamp on white card stock and after masking off the top corner I sponged on yellow, orange and red inks.  I then layered it on black and then on my white folded card that I had embossed.  For my sentiment layer I stamped our "Light" saying on white and sponged on yellow and layered it on black before attaching it to my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Don't forget you still have today to link your card to our pastel challenge, and remember to stop by tomorrow to see if you're our winner and to check out our new challenge!!

Wonderful card, Sue! In addition to that fantastic sponging you did, I just love your squared off corners. Great job!
