Filigree Heart

Hi all, Today I have a Valentine card, I stamped the Filigree Heart, and embossed it with white embossing powder then covered it with Twinkly H2O’s the bottom two inches were embossed with the Swiss Dot embossing folder and I attached some red sparkly rick rack the One Line Valentine Greeting was embossed with white embossing powder painted with the Twinkly H2O’s then cut with a spellbinder die and attached with foam tape. This was attached to black card stock then a white card.
