Goin' Batty!

Welcome!
I had so much fun stamping this card last night I just had to share it with you!!
I started with a piece of white card stock and stamped our Haunted House #058P at the bottom and added our new Accent Bats #517A! After making a mask of the moon I sponged on both purple and raspberry inks. I removed the mask and sponged on light yellow ink in the moon.
Now for the fun part! After making sure the ink was dry, I taped on a piece of scrap card stock on the back to use as a handle and then used my versamark ink pad and tapped it all over the front of the card. After applying LOTS of clear embossing powder I heat set it for a little gloss. Well, a little gloss wasn't enough for me ;) so I repeated the inking and added another layer of embossing powder and melted it to an enamel like finish. I'm such a sucker for shiny!! And best of all? It was dry immediately - Yeah!
To finish up I stamped just the House again on a second piece of cs and after embossing and coloring I fussy cut it and layered it on top using pop dots. The sentiment, Go Batty #090D was also stamped on a separate piece of cs and after adding more bats, and more sponging, I adhered it across the top.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
