Girly Birthday Wishes
>> Sunday, September 16, 2012
Good morning everyone I hope your weekend is going well. September is the month for birthdays in my family, five family members and my best stamping friend. I was so happy for all these new birthday images.
Using Memento tuxedo black ink I stamped the Girly Swirly Birthday Cake and colored it with copics, then used a square spellbinder die to cut it out and layered it onto purple card. Liquid pearls in white opal was added to the flowers. Then I stamped the Girly Swirly Flowers and colored with copics and added the liquid pearls. The new Vertical Birthday Wishes was stamped on white and layered onto purple cards stock. Everything was attached to a pink card. On the inside white card stock was cut a half inch smaller than the card, and star steps was cut in to the fold. I stamp the Single Birthday Candle and colored with Tombow markers and cut them out with scissors, these were attached to the steps. I stamped more Girly Swirly Flowers and colored with copics, these were layered onto card stock. Then I stamped the new One More Candle Greeting added some cardstock layers and attached it over the flower border.
Hope you enjoy your day,
Janett

Janett, this is so cute. I love the pop up candles. I haven't made a pop up card in forever. Now you've got me wanting to make one!! :-)
I love the surprise inside!! The outside is so wonderful with the cake and flowers, and the pop up inside sets it over the top! Great job!
