Happy Friday!
First let me say thanks to everyone who commented on my post last week. And I want to announce the winner! After I ran the random number generator, it came back with #15 Kathy
Vogel!! Congratulations, Kathy! Enjoy your wonderful winter stamps from DRS Designs!
For my frosty winter card today, I'm using a couple of new releases and a couple of favorites. This new Snowman Smiles greeting is such a happy addition to any winter card. For the backing layer, I stamped the new Fanfare Square and turned it on a diagonal. After I stamped the silhouette snowman, I used a dark blue marker to shade his hat and left side.
The snowflake background was stamped w/ the white pigment ink and the white layer behind the snowman was embossed w/ a snowflake folder. I added a little stickles to the snowman's snowflakes and hat band. The finished card is 5.5 x 4.25.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Your frosty blue and white card is so pretty. I love seeing all the details you put into your cards - like the little bit of shading on the snowman's hat. It's such a small detail, but adds so much!! Thanks for the inspiration!!
I love how the snowman matches the background and the blue and white color combo is great for winter! Fantastic card :)
Beautiful card, love the color combo. It gives it a wonderful winter feel.
I love your snowman in blue-especially how you shaded him on the one side.
Oh wow, I won! Thank you so much. I can't wait to receive my prize.
I love your card with all the pretty blue. I've been looking at the silhouette snowman & thinking about getting him.
I love a monochromatic card!! And it's even better in blue and white!
