This kind of lottery ticket is probably not the kind you'd like to receive on your birthday with prizes like gray hair, memory loss, and wrinkles, but it makes for a very funny birthday card, don't you think?!?! I colored this Instant Scratch-Off with Copic Markers and popped up the center with foam tape for added dimension. I've also used DRS Designs Birthday Wishes Come True Greeting (508E) on this card. It seemed fitting because I'm sure many of us wish to win the lottery for our birthdays! I know I do! Simply embellished with some (lucky!) embossed stars, sparkling black rhinestones and black ribbon, this card was complete!
